ChargePoint, mostly because my electric company doesn’t offer any incentives with Emporia. Also, have read that the CP install is easier if you are using hardwired and feeding from the back of the device.

A ChargePoint app update for IOS just happened and a new setting appeared on the "Home Charger" screen. "Charge Current Limit" allows you to set your charging amperage.

The ChargePoint customer service is a hot pile of garbage! No actual/functional online support they drive you to call a phone line where the audio quality is trash. People who have electric vehicles are tech savvy and don’t want to call a phone line 🙄.

Should allow the Chargepoint to use its max potential of 50a (for future-proofing, since my EV will max at 48a). A 50 amp continuous load requires a 62.5a breaker, so using a 70a breaker with wire capable of 75amps should be safe?
