Second of all, if the thought of playing games is adding to your stress, do something else... especially something that will minimize your stress. Take a walk, read, soak in some dumb TV.

I don't find video games fun anymore. I used to play all the time and have a great time with my friends, but with conflicting scheduling and work and whatnot, I'm not able to play with them as much anymore. Because of this, I'm left to play games by myself. And doing so hasn't exactly been a super fun experience for me.
