As long as you're using F360 for the purpose of a hobby or a business making less than $100k, you're currently able to download our trial (free) and at the end of the trial sign-up for a free subscription as a hobbyist/startup. The difference is between Fusion 360 Standard and Fusion 360 Ultimate. Also you receive more cloud credits in paid version but the functionality and capabilities are the same.
