General idea in the BPO world IMO, the more "general" the product/service you're supporting is the more toxic it is. In a sense, you're more likely to get entitled/toxic customers contacting about Globe/PLDT since almost everyone uses them versus a customer contacting from a Hotel/Reservation account since its a "luxury".

It can mean the "nature" of the client's business or a specific segregation under that business based on what I've experienced when I was a newbie and swapped companies from a full on Majority Telco-based to a Non-Voice company. Highly depends on what you're "under" so it's a bit hard to actually grasp.
