Regan Smith (/ ˈ r eɪ ɡ ən /; born February 9, 2002) is an American competitive swimmer. She competed at the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games and won eight medals, including two golds. Smith also won nine total medals at the World Championships , including five golds.
