Never ending Recovery Mode Screen. update since my last post: I followed the instructions from RokuDanny-R above and it worked."We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku TV". I unplugged my wireless modem & Roku TV and allowed them both to reboot. It worked! 2 Kudos.

Dec 31, 2018 · I have then go to Settings -> System -> Advanced system settings -> Network connection reset -> Reset Connection. This will reboot the roku TV and once it comes back up I am able to setup the wifi connection like normal and everything works until this same cycle happens after a few hours of using it. My roku is updated to the latest software.

Aug 6, 2024 · I am having the same issue. I have done a factory reset and the tv starts with the TCL/Roku logo and slowly fades top to bottom to black. I contacted customer support & was told I qualified for extended warranty. The tv was bought 04/30/23. I got the receipt, serial number & video of the problem.

Roku TCL TV Model 40s305. When turning the tv on it'll flash normal/bright, showing the red "loading" screen clearly, for nearly 1 second, before dimming again. I've reset my settings, replaced my surge protector/tried a normal outlet, I've reset my roku (both with a 1 hour power cycle, and a hard reset from in the settings).
