It’s not technically #canuary yet and this isn’t technically canning but here’s my favorite tip. And it can be done in a pressure cooker or digital canner. I’m using my digital canner here. Add 1-2 cups water to your pressure cooker. Make sure your vanilla beans and vodka have flats and rings on. Place jars into your canner. Close lid and seal, pressure cook 30 minutes.
